Home prices are up in Maryland during the month of November
The numbers for November are in and we are seeing home sales and prices continuing to climb in the state of Maryland.
The increase in local housing price could be a result of low inventory. According to a monthly report, based on listing activity from MRIS, the inventory of available homes dropped for a 27th consecutive month to the lowest we have seen in a decade.
